Pengenalan Dan Promosi Potensi UMKM Yezya Dan Objek Wisata Gunung Kawi Sebatu Melalui Kegiatan Proyek Desa
Abstract
The Village Project is a learning activity that allows students to get to know the conditions, potentials, and needs of a community firsthand while applying management knowledge in a village setting. It took place in Sebatu Village, Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency, and focused on introducing and promoting the village's economic and tourism potential. The work involved surveys, meetings and coordination with village authorities, observation, interviews, information gathering, and photo and video documentation. Two potentials were chosen: Yezya Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME), owned by Ni Nyoman Warti, which makes keben kepura/Bokoran Sultan, and the Gunung Kawi Sebatu Tourism Site. The findings show that Yezya's products are handmade and decorated with sequins, which gives them economic value, while Gunung Kawi Sebatu holds potential tied to nature, culture, and the spiritual life of the local community. The activity yielded information, photographs, and videos that can serve as promotional materials. Students also gained practical experience in coordination, identifying potentials, communicating with the community, gathering information, and managing promotional materials. When documenting inside the temple area, local etiquette and regulations were respected, including wearing kamen and selendang.
