Abstract

The application of technology in international Human Resource Management (HRM) has had a significant impact on operational efficiency, decision-making quality, and employee experience. This article discusses the challenges faced in technology adoption, including the digital divide, resistance to change, and regulatory compliance. Effective implementation of strategies, such as engaging employees and conducting needs analysis, is required to overcome these challenges. Looking ahead, trends such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and blockchain technology are expected to shape the HRM landscape. Companies that are able to adapt to these changes will have a significant competitive advantage in the global marketplace
