Abstract

The increasing reliance on digital marketing strategies in e-commerce presents opportunities and challenges for culinary MSMEs, especially in increasing customer loyalty and sales performance. However, the effectiveness of certain digital marketing approaches is still underexplored. This study aims to examine the impact of email marketing, social media content, and influencer marketing on customer loyalty and sales increase in culinary MSMEs. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 200 MSMEs operating on e-commerce platforms and analyzed using SEM-PLS. These findings reveal that while all three marketing strategies significantly increase customer loyalty, only influencer marketing directly improves sales performance. Both email marketing and social media content affect sales indirectly through customer loyalty. These results highlight the mediating role of customer loyalty, emphasizing the need for relationship-driven digital marketing. Culinary MSMEs should prioritize engagement-focused strategies to strengthen loyalty, which in turn drives sustainable sales growth in a competitive online marketplace.
