Abstract

Researchers at Yunomia Café hoped to learn more about the influence of work environment, motivation, and discipline on employee performance by conducting this study. Quantitative research methods were used in this study. A total of 35 respondents were interviewed. chosen from all over employee Yunomia Cafe, Which form population The research used a saturated sampling technique. Multiple linear regression was the technique used to analyze the data. Work motivation, discipline, and work environment all significantly influence employee performance simultaneously, according to a t-test study, where the calculated f value was 24.327 > f table 2.91 with a significance level of <0.05. These characteristics have a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance. Yunomia Café, which on it's his turn own impact positive And significant in a way statistics on place Work motivation, employee morale, and productivity, according to the t-test results. Work environment characteristics, work motivation, and work discipline accounted for 67.3% of the variation in employee performance at Yunomia Café, according to the adjusted R2 value of 0.673 from the coefficient of determination study. Other factors accounted for the remaining 32.7%.
