Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job rotation, reskilling, and digital mindset on workforce readiness at PT. Aerofood ACS Indonesia Surabaya Unit. In the context of the Industry 5.0 era, companies are increasingly required to develop resilient human resources capable of adapting to rapid technological advancements and operational transformation. Nevertheless, the implementation of human resource development strategies, particularly job rotation and reskilling, often produces varying outcomes across organizations. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 34 employees via questionnaire distribution and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that digital mindset has a positive and significant impact on workforce readiness, whereas job rotation and reskilling do not individually demonstrate significant effects. However, when tested simultaneously, the three variables collectively exert a significant influence on workforce readiness.
