Abstract

Abstract

The development of the Islamic financial industry in Indonesia continues to increase, but the level of public adoption of Islamic financial products remains relatively low, particularly in Islamic microfinance institutions. This condition also occurs at BMT Maslahah Kotaanyar, where public interest in using Islamic general savings products is not yet fully optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic compliance, service quality, and ease of access on customer interest in using Islamic general savings products at BMT Maslahah Kotaanyar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires directly to BMT Maslahah Kotaanyar customers. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS application. The results show that Islamic compliance, service quality, and ease of access have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using Islamic general savings products, both partially and simultaneously. The research findings indicate that public interest in Islamic savings products is not only influenced by religiosity, but also by the quality of service and ease of access provided by Islamic financial institutions.
