Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key factors determining a company’s success in achieving its organizational goals. Performance improvement is influenced not only by individual factors but also by the quality of industrial relations between employees and the company. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of the role of labor unions and collective bargaining agreements on employee performance at PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi (WINNER). This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative research method. The independent variables examined are the role of labor unions (X1) and collective bargaining agreements (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi (WINNER). Subsequently, the data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the relationship between the role of labor unions, collective bargaining agreements, and employee performance.
