Abstract

This study examines the implementation of organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline in developing organizational risk culture within Aether Group. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach to obtain a contextual understanding of organizational values, employee behavior, and risk awareness. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving leaders, managers, and employees selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that organizational culture based on professionalism, collaboration, integrity, learning, and service quality provides an important foundation for risk awareness. Work motivation reinforces employee responsibility, engagement, procedural compliance, and attentiveness to potential risks, while work discipline ensures consistency in applying procedures, operational standards, documentation, and accountability. The study further reveals that organizational culture, motivation, and discipline are interrelated and mutually reinforcing in shaping risk-conscious behavior. Effective risk culture therefore requires leadership commitment, open communication, employee competence, accountability, continuous evaluation, and cross-unit integration. Strengthening these elements enables Aether Group to develop a professional, adaptive, accountable, and sustainable organization capable of managing operational and reputational risks effectively. This integration strengthens governance quality and organizational resilience amid uncertainty.
