Implementation of Student Management in Increasing Learning Enthusiasm at Babussalam Junior High School, Jerowaru District, East Lombok

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of implementing student management in increasing the enthusiasm for learning at Babussalam Middle School. Jerowaru, East Lombok. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed through data identification and data conclusions. The results of this study found an increase in student enthusiasm, evidenced by increased semester exam scores. The program was implemented through careful planning, then implemented by grouping students, and carried out stages of evaluation of the program's implementation results. Improved student learning outcomes were rewarded with gifts in the form of goods to motivate students to be more enthusiastic in learning
