Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the value added generated from the processing of Rongi Coffee by the Lamando Jaya Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sandang Pangan Village, Sampolawa Subdistrict, South Buton Regency. The Hayami method was used in this study to calculate the value added from the coffee production process. The results show that Rongi coffee processing generates a value added of Rp71,547/kg with a value-added ratio of 49.68%. The profit obtained reaches Rp44,547/kg with a profit ratio of 62.23%. The main factors influencing this value added include raw material prices, labor costs, and production efficiency. Marketing strategies and product quality improvement are recommended to enhance competitiveness and the well-being of local farmers
