Implementation of Higher Education Database Management Policy (PDDIKTI) at Gorontalo State University

Abstract
This research aims to examine in depth the implementation mechanism of the PDDIKTI management policy within Gorontalo State University, as well as identify the extent to which the policy has been adopted in the campus governance system. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive. Data was collected through field observation techniques, in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out systematically to comprehensively describe the phenomenon of policy implementation. The findings of the study show that the implementation of the PDDIKTI policy at Gorontalo State University has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, which include aspects of data collection, processing, and reporting. Although structurally established, the effectiveness of this system is highly dependent on synchronization between work units and the quality of data management human resources. Overall, this data integration has strengthened UNG's position in credible academic reporting at the national level.
