The Influence of E-learning (Learning Management System) Quality, Lecturer Digital Competence, and LMS Usability on Learning Satisfaction of University X Students
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of e-learning quality, lecturer digital competence, and learning management system (LMS) usability on student learning satisfaction in online learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on student LMS users at University X. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that e-learning quality, lecturer digital competence, and LMS usability have a positive and significant effect on learning satisfaction. This finding strengthens the integration of Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Theory and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in explaining e-learning user behavior. Practically, the results of the study provide implications for educational institutions to improve system quality, lecturer competence, and ease of use of LMS to increase student learning satisfaction.
