The Influence of Learning Quality and Learning Motivation On the Learning Achievement of Undergraduate Students UPGRIP Indonesian Language Education

Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of learning quality and learning motivation on the learning achievement of undergraduate students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program in the Pewara Course at PGRI Palembang University. The data used in this study are primary data using a questionnaire as an instrument to measure the research variables. The questionnaire was distributed to 91 respondents of students of the Pewara Course at PGRI Palembang University. Data collected from the questionnaire instrument were processed using the SPSS program with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that learning quality has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement and learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement. The results of this study are used as information and implications for PGRI Palembang University in establishing policies related to learning quality and learning motivation on the achievement of undergraduate students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program in the Pewara Course, so that it can be used as evaluation material and consideration for subsequent policies.
