Abstract

Students whose process skills are less than optimal will experience obstacles during the learning process, but in class V SDN 113 Palembang, the level of IPAS process skills of students is still low because of the lack of varied media. Therefore, this study aims to find out the influence of digital media based on Creative Educative Hydrowheel on the IPAS process skills of students in class V. This research uses a quantitative approach with the True Experimental Design method in the form of Posttest Only Control Design. The research sample consists of class VB as an experimental class and class VE as a control class. Data collection techniques are carried out through posttest tests and IPAS process skill observation sheets. Data was analyzed through normality test, homogeneity test, and Independent Sample T-Test. The results of the hypothesis test showed a sig value of 0.002, smaller than 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This finding shows that digital media based on Qreatif Educative Hydrowheel has a significant effect on the IPAS process skills of students in class V of State Elementary School 113 Palembang.
