Marketing-Oriented Logistics Service Quality, Marketing Capability, And Supply Chain Flexibility On Logistics Firm Performance Through Competitive Advantage: A Study Of Logistics Firms In Indonesia
Abstract
The contemporary logistics industry faces mounting pressures to integrate operational efficiency with market responsiveness. Operating within a complex archipelagic environment, logistics firms in Indonesia must navigate formidable geographical constraints alongside intense global competition. Systematic reviews exploring the nexus between Marketing-Oriented Logistics Service Quality (MOLSQ), Marketing Capability (MC), Supply Chain Flexibility (SCF), and firm performance remain highly fragmented in the current literature. Synthesizing 25 empirical articles published between 2020 and 2025, this analysis reveals that MOLSQ, MC, and SCF exert a robust, positive influence on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage subsequently functions as a critical mediator bridging these strategic capabilities with enhanced organizational performance. Enriching the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the findings underscore the urgent necessity of developing integrated strategic frameworks to bolster national logistics competitiveness.
