Abstract

The preparation of descriptive development reports in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a curriculum requirement that in practice is hampered by the high administrative burden on teachers. This research aims to develop the CERDAS platform (Early Childhood Evaluation and Report Cards) based on Artificial Intelligence to automate the transformation of teachers' verbal reports into structured child development narratives. The research methodology uses iterative prototyping with stages: (1) designing an integrated digital ecosystem including teacher and parent mobile applications and school web dashboards; (2) developing AI modules using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Google Large Language Models fine-tuned with PAUD data; (3) testing at partner PAUD institutions; and (4) evaluation using the DeLone & McLean IS Success Model. The research results are a functional CERDAS platform prototype that can transform teacher voice recordings into structured narrative reports with high accuracy. The platform consists of three integrated components: a mobile application for teacher verbal input, a parent dashboard for report access, and a school management system. Implementation of Firebase technology as backend, React/TypeScript for frontend, and AI processing integration produces an efficient and user-friendly system. Evaluation at partner PAUD showed an increase in reporting efficiency of up to 70% and user satisfaction reaching 85%. The CERDAS platform is proven to reduce teacher administrative burden while improving communication quality with parents in monitoring child development.
