Abstract
Study This aim For evaluate in a way comprehensive quality learning at the Tanjung Raja "Harapan" Community Learning Center (PKBM) in mitigate number separated school through learning models throughout life . Methodology used is approach qualitative descriptive , where researchers act as instrument main For explore the meaning behind phenomenon non-formal education in environment naturally . Data collected in a way systematic through a series procedure including interview in-depth , observation participants , and studies documentation For serve description narrative factual . Research results identify that quality service influenced by the gap infrastructure , competence source Power humans , and perception social culture society . However Thus , the implementation pedagogy participatory and curriculum based local is variables key in guard quality learning . Research This conclude that strengthening synergy between administrators, authorities government and society very basic local For spur transformation social and independence economy students . The output of study This projected can become instrument evaluation strategic in formulate standard quality inclusive and sustainable non-formal education in Indonesia.
